\n‘I\u2019m definitely not back to full speed yet, and I\u2019m trying to remind myself that there\u2019s no rush to be (please remind me of this next week!)\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n
\nMollie added that the \u201cpast few weeks\u201d have taught her that \u201csometimes I have to slow down and listen to what my body is telling me.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\nShe continued: \u201cI\u2019ve\u00a0spent so much of my life charging around at 100 miles an hour, probably driven in part by that little voice that always tells me I should be doing more, and juggling all the things that so many of us juggle every day, that it\u2019s easy to forget we\u2019re not invincible..<\/p>\n
\n‘I guess at some point if we don\u2019t make time to stop, something has to give\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n
\nSince the scary incident, Mollie has been trying to implement some changes in her life, including going to bed earlier, putting her phone down or allowing herself to have some quiet time to switch off for 20 minutes. <\/p>\n
\nShe asked her followers to send her \u201cany other recommendations\u201d they have to help her in the wake of her collapse, and said that she\u2019s doing her best to make the most of \u201cquiet moments\u201d she has with her two daughters – Annabella, three, and one-year-old Liliana. <\/p>\n
\nMollie concluded: \u201cI\u2019ve always known that the most important thing in my life is my family, and being the best mum I can be to my two little girls. There is something really special about these quieter moments together that can get lost when life is moving at full speed.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cSo right now, I\u2019m trying to embrace a slightly different pace where I can. A bit of fresh air and focusing on getting my energy back. And honestly, that feels pretty good.\u201d<\/p>\n
