\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Samara Weaving<\/strong><\/a> is revealing her worst audition story, and it involves the Fifty Shades of Grey <\/em>franchise.<\/p>\n While speaking to host Amanda Hirsch<\/strong> on the Not Skinny But Not Fat<\/em> podcast<\/a>, Samara<\/strong> spoke out about what happened when she attempted to audition for the film franchise.<\/p>\n Samara <\/strong>clarified that the role she auditioned for was not Dakota Johnson<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s Anastasia. She seemingly auditioned to play Anastasia\u2019s bestie Kate, the role eventually played by Eloise Mumford<\/strong>.<\/p>\n \u201cI then fly back to Australia and my parents have a place at the South Coast which is like middle of nowhere. There\u2019s nothing to do. There\u2019s no one around. Very remote. I get a call from my agent going, \u2018You\u2019ve got a call back.’\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n \u201cThen I quickly realized the only people that I can read with is my mother or my father. And the scenes are like, \u2018You did what? Where?\u2019 And like, \u2018How good was he?\u2019\u2026Like, I wanted to die dead. So, I was like, \u2018Okay, I just have to I guess read with mom.\u2019 And I sit down and I\u2019m like, \u2018Mom, just like don\u2019t even look at me. Just say the lines.\u2019 And she was staring at me going, \u2018Why are you doing that with your mouth?\u2019 Like, \u2018What are you doing with your eyes? Like, why are you sounding like that? Do you sure you want to do a red lip?\u2019 And I\u2019m going, \u2018I cannot with you.\u2019 And so I like fired my mom,\u201d she shared.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n She said, \u201cAnd then I was like, \u2018F-ck, I have to do it with your dad. I have to do with my dad. I have to do it with my dad.\u2019 Okay. So, I said the same thing. I\u2019m like, \u2018Dad, just look down. Don\u2019t don\u2019t say just like shut up and say the lines like a robot.\u2019 Instead he was like, \u2018Oh, this is the moment I\u2019m gonna choose how to act.’\u201d <\/p>\n \u201cSo, he like took on the role of Dakota Johnson and it\u2019s going, \u2018It was amazing. Can you believe?\u2019 I was like, \u2018No, let\u2019s shut this down. This is too uh the trauma is too much. The movie will just pay for my like therapy that I need. So, let\u2019s just call it a day and not be a part of this,’\u201d she continued.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n She did not end up sending in the audition!<\/p>\nSamara attended an initial audition with a huge line of women, and immediately after left to visit her parents in Australia<\/h3>\n
