Joined by first-time ceremony host Pink, a bevy of stage and screen stars will descend upon New York\u2019s famed Radio City Music Hall to celebrate the best of a bustling Broadway season.<\/p>\n As for who will win at the Tony Awards 2026<\/a>, it\u2019ll be a battle for best musical between The Lost Boys<\/a>,<\/em> an opulent adaptation of Joel Schumacher\u2019s queer classic film, or Schmigadoon!<\/a>,<\/em> a cheeky ode to Broadway\u2019s golden age based on a cult-favorite<\/a> Apple TV+ comedy. They lead the Tony Award nominations<\/a> as the year\u2019s most nominated musicals with 12 nods each. Meanwhile, Death of a Salesman<\/em> is the most recognized play with nine total nods\u2014including individual honors for stars Nathan Lane<\/a>, Laurie Metcalf<\/a>, and Christopher Abbott<\/a>. Expect them to grace the Tonys carpet, in addition to lead-actor-in-a-play nominee Daniel Radcliffe for Every Brilliant Thing<\/em><\/a>,<\/em> lead-actor-in-a-musical nominee Luke Evans for Rocky Horror,<\/em> and Grammy winner Megan Thee Stallion<\/a>, fresh off an abbreviated run<\/a> in Broadway\u2019s Moulin Rouge!<\/em><\/a> that ended last month. And\u2014if we\u2019re really lucky\u2014a few of the felines from Cats: The Jellicle Ball<\/em> might go full ballroom on Tonys night.<\/p>\n While awarding Broadway\u2019s best, the main telecast will feature performances that pair top talent with beloved musicals. Rachel Zegler<\/a>, who returns to Broadway next spring with the West End transfer of Evita,<\/em> will pay tribute to A Chorus Line,<\/em> which swept the Tony Awards 50 years ago. Original Broadway cast members of The Book of Mormon<\/em> Josh Gad<\/a> and Andrew Rannells<\/a> will salute the show\u2019s 15th anniversary. The revival of Chicago<\/em><\/a> celebrates 30 years on Broadway with a special performance from Queen Latifah, who received an Academy Award nomination for her role as Matron \u201cMama\u201d Morton in the 2002 film adaptation, alongside a few other famous faces. And Tony Award winner Leslie Odom Jr. will honor those lost in the Broadway community with his rendition of \u201cWithout You\u201d from Rent,<\/em> recognizing its 30th anniversary.<\/p>\n
