\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Maura Higgins<\/strong><\/a> is set to compete on the next season of Dancing with the Stars<\/strong><\/em>, and she got some advice from a familiar face. <\/p>\n The 35-year-old Love Island <\/em>star competed on The Traitors US<\/em>, which aired earlier this year, alongside mirrorball champion Mark Ballas<\/strong><\/a>, and she recently revealed the advice he shared with her. <\/p>\n \u201cMark<\/strong> had said to me, \u2018it\u2019s literally a marathon,\u2019 and he was like, \u2018it\u2019s intense,\u2019\u201d she told People<\/a><\/em>. \u201cI\u2019ve never done anything like that. So I was like, oh, maybe I should relax before I go into training.\u201d<\/p>\n But, she has been traveling and working a lot lately so \u201cthere\u2019s been no relaxation,\u201d and she\u2019s going to take a different approach. <\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m just going to try my best.
