\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Alexa Demie<\/strong><\/a> is opening up about Barbie Ferreira<\/strong>\u2018s departure from Euphoria<\/em>.<\/p>\n In a new interview with The Hollywood Reporter<\/a> published on Sunday (May 31) following the HBO drama\u2019s series finale, Alexa <\/strong>reflected on Barbie<\/strong>\u2018s decision to leave the hit series after just two seasons, years before the show recently concluded with its third and final season.<\/p>\n \u201cI was bummed, but I really respected her decision, she has to take care of herself,\u201d\u00a0Alexa <\/strong>said when asked about her former co-star.<\/p>\n Barbie <\/strong>played Kat Hernandez during the first two seasons of Euphoria before announcing her exit in 2022. At the time, the show was one of HBO\u2019s biggest hits and had earned widespread acclaim, making her departure a surprise to many fans.<\/p>\n Alexa <\/strong>described her decision as \u201ca brave move,\u201d noting that Barbie <\/strong>walked away from a hugely successful series.<\/p>\n Earlier this year, Barbie<\/strong> also addressed her exit while appearing on the Not Skinny But Not Fat<\/em> podcast<\/a>.
