Chris Hemsworth<\/strong><\/a> is looking back on a travel mishap that messed up his family’s vacation plans before they even got on the plane.<\/p>\n

The 42-year-old Thor<\/em> star revealed that he, wife Elsa Pataky<\/strong><\/a>, and their children were once denied boarding for an international flight after a passport mixed-up involving their son and daughters.<\/p>\n

During a recent interview with Harper’s Bazaar Arabia<\/a><\/em>, Chris <\/strong>recalled arriving at the airport only to discover he had brought the wrong passport.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cI actually went to the airport once and I had my daughter\u2019s passport instead of my son\u2019s passport.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The actor, who shares daughter India Rose<\/strong>, 14, and 12-year-old twin sons Sasha <\/strong>and Tristan <\/strong>with his wife, admitted he tried to convince airport staff that the document belonged to his child despite the obvious issue.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey kind of look the same,\u201d he joked.<\/p>\n

Elsa<\/strong> quickly disagreed with her husband\u2019s assessment, responding, \u201cThey don\u2019t.\u201d<\/p>\n

Chris<\/strong> then explained that he attempted to press his case anyway.<\/p>\n

\u201cI said, \u2018This is her,’\u201d he recalled telling the security agent, who replied, \u201c\u2018That\u2019s a boy.’\u201d<\/p>\n

The Marvel star laughed off the memory, adding, \u201cSo, yeah, that didn\u2019t work.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
