Kylie Kelce<\/strong><\/a> is not gonna lie about one insecurity she\u2019s dealt with after her pregnancies.<\/p>\n

\u201cI had my belly button pierced,\u201d Kelce, 34, said during the Tuesday, June 2, episode of her \u201cNot Gonna Lie\u201d podcast. \u201cIt stretched out with the rest of my belly while I was making human beings and then it never went back. It is truly something that bothers me so much.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kylie, who shares four daughters with husband Jason Kelce<\/strong>, added that she tries to remind herself that her \u201cbody has made four human beings.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cYou have to give yourself grace. You must,\u201d she continued. \u201cWe talked about this so many times and I\u2019ll say it until the end of time: It sucks dressing yourself after you give birth. It is hard to look at your body that does not look like your body that you have lived with your whole life. It is changed in a way that is permanent, and now you have to figure out how to dress it not only in regular clothing, but also in bathing suits. That sucks. We can all just be like, \u2018Hey, this sucks.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tKylie Kelce knows people mean well when they tell her she looks \u201camazing\u201d after having her fourth baby, but she kindly asks them to cut it out. Kelce, 33, gave an impassioned plea to listeners of her \u201cNot Gonna Lie\u201d podcast on Thursday, July 17, for people not to compliment women\u2019s physical appearances after pregnancy. [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Kyle then reminded listeners that everyone is their own biggest critic.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen you are going on vacation, out to a beach, to the pool, the person who is the most concerned about what you look like in your bathing suit is you,\u201d she said. \u201cOther people are not going to be highly bothered by your bathing suit or how you look in it. They\u2019re also not going to be nearly as critical.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kylie concluded, \u201cMy point is that we need to be more gentle on ourselves and not let bathing suits be the thing that hold us back from enjoying our summer activities. Promise?\u201d<\/p>\n

Kylie and Jason, 38, tied the knot in 2018 and welcomed daughter Wyatt the following year. The couple went on to add three more girls to the family: Elliotte \u201cEllie\u201d in 2021, Bennett \u201cBenny\u201d in 2023 and Finnley \u201dFinn\u201d in 2025.<\/p>\n
