autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<p>In his own legal filing, Derek Richard Thomas claimed that he has never behaved \u201caggressively or inappropriately,\u201d <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2026\/06\/03\/derek-richard-thomas-denies-aggressive-claims\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TMZ<\/a> <\/em>reports.<\/p>\n<p>He went on to accuse Rumer of having \u201claunched a coordinated media attack across dozens of outlets.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The way tat he sees it, Rumer is exploiting their 3-year-old.<\/p>\n<p>He accuses her of involving Louette in sponsored content that features \u201cadult sexual humor\u201d without his consent.<\/p>\n<p>(If we knew what \u201cadult\u201d content features the 3-year-old, we\u2019d share it here, but our search came up empty. He makes a little over $2,000 per month, on average, so he says that it cannot be very much.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas claims that the current situation is too \u201cchaotic and unreasonable\u201d and asks the court to guarantee his visitation dates.<\/p>\n<p>This is a messy situation.
