Jeremy Allen White<\/strong><\/a> took a 400-pound memento to remember his time on The Bear<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Emmy winner, 35, shared on the Tuesday, June 2, episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live!<\/em><\/a> that he walked away with \u201cmany\u201d souvenirs from the set of the hit Hulu dramedy, which wrapped production on its fifth and final season<\/a> in early March. (Season 5 premieres June 25 on Hulu.)<\/p>\n

However, the most memorable keepsake he took from the Chicago set was a butcher\u2019s block table that has been part of the furniture since season 1.<\/p>\n

White said<\/a> the prop was \u201cin the corner of The Beef, the restaurant that you saw when the show started [as] a sandwich shop,\u201d noting that it\u2019s the \u201conly thing that really remained during the evolution of The Beef into The Bear, which is the fine dining restaurant\u201d his character, Carmen \u201cCarmy\u201d Berzatto, establishes during the show\u2019s run.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tJeremy Allen White and Ayo Edebiri formed a strong friendship while working on The Bear. The costars met on set in 2022 while filming the FX series, which follows a chef named Carmy (White) as he returns to Chicago to run his older brother Mikey\u2019s restaurant following his death. Edebiri, meanwhile, plays Carmy\u2019s coworker and [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cIt remained in the same corner. It was the only thing from the old world that came into our new world,\u201d he explained. \u201cAnd I stole that.\u201d<\/p>\n

White continued, \u201cI got it shipped out. It weighs about 400 pounds. \u2026 It\u2019s in my driveway under a tarp. I just know that wherever it lands, it\u2019s going to stay there, so I\u2019m just being very careful about where I put it.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Bear<\/em> was an immediate success for Hulu when it premiered in 2022. Costarring Ayo Edebiri<\/strong> and Ebon Moss-Bachrach<\/strong>, the first season won 10 Emmy awards, including Outstanding Comedy Series, Outstanding Lead Actor for White, and supporting actor nods for Edebiri and Moss-Bachrach.<\/p>\n

White repeated his Emmy victory in 2024, but narrowly missed out on Outstanding Lead Actor for season 3 in 2025. The award went to The Studio<\/em> actor Seth Rogen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
