Sophie Turner<\/a> and he loves the fact that just a hug from his girls can help turn around a bad day.<\/p>\nSpeaking with brothers Nick and Kevin Jonas on their Hey Jonas! podcast, he said: \u201cI\u2019m a single dad and I coparent with my children\u2019s mother.<\/p>\n
\u201cI think my children have given me purpose again in my life.<\/p>\n
“[They are] the reason I do what I do now.”<\/p>\n
\nThe 36-year-old star noted he works hard when he’s away so he can enjoy his time with his daughters when they are all together.<\/p>\n
\nHe added: \u201cThey\u2019ve really given me the reason to be alive, I would say.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cI think, in my saddest moments, I\u2019m able to be reminded quickly that a hug from them can solve the world\u2019s problems…<\/p>\n
\n\u201cI think they\u2019ve taught me that I\u2019ll be OK even in my toughest days.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nJoe went on to praise Sophie and the other supportive people in his life for helping with his children.<\/p>\n
\nHe said: \u201cThere\u2019s a lot of people in my situation that are single parents and go through this, and I\u2019m grateful that I have a co-parent that I can balance even the bad days.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cBut I think being able to have good people around me to kind of help me navigate it is really special.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nJoe previously praised 30-year-old Sophie – who he split from in 2023 after four years of marriage – as a great role model for their daughters.<\/p>\n
\nHe said: “Having an incredible mum, Sophie, for those girls is like a dream come true. <\/p>\n
\n\u201cAs young girls, looking up to great women is what I want for them. I think what values I want for them are to be open-minded and have a big heart.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nJoe added he hopes Willa and Delphine will \u201cbe able to walk into any room and feel confidence and know that they can do literally anything they want.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nAnd the Sucker singer is happy with the co-parenting relationship he and the former Game of Thrones star have established.<\/p>\n
\nHe told the School of Greatness podcast: “I have a great co-parenting relationship, which is really important to me.”<\/p>\n
\nHe described being a father to his “beautiful” children as “the greatest joy and journey”, while praising the influence Sophie has on their kids.<\/p>\n
\nHe added: “My little ones have some incredible women to look up to, including their mom.”<\/p>\n
