\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Spencer Pratt<\/strong><\/a> has been campaigning for months to unseat incumbent Karen Bass<\/strong><\/a> for Los Angeles mayor. <\/p>\n The election day took place on Tuesday (June 2), and the early results are in, revealing where Spencer<\/strong>, Karen<\/strong> and councilwoman Nithya Raman<\/strong> all stand in the mayoral race. <\/p>\n At the time of this post, only nearly 50% of votes have been counted, with Karen<\/strong> in the lead and Spencer<\/strong> trailing close behind. <\/p>\n Deadline<\/a><\/em> reports that Karen<\/strong> is at 37% of the votes, while Spencer<\/strong> has 30%. Nithya<\/strong> trails in third with 20.5% of votes. <\/p>\n A candidate will need at least 50% of the vote from Tuesday\u2019s election to win the mayoral seat, and if they don\u2019t reach that threshold, the top two will go up against each other in November\u2019s general election. <\/p>\n So, did Spencer<\/strong> win or lose? If these current results hold up, he got what he wanted as he\u2019s still in the running.
