\nClaiming she \u201cnever consented\u201d to being filmed and describing the experience as \u201cabuse\u201d, the 39-year-old hit out over the controversy in a statement posted to Instagram on Monday (01.06.26), hours after a series of clips of X-rated tapes spread across social media, with fans insisting they were shot by Combs at his infamous \u2018Freak Off\u2019\u00a0sex parties.<\/p>\n
\nDaphne \u2013\u00a0known for her modelling work and for sharing her 13-year-old son Sire with rapper Curtis \u201850 Cent\u2019 Jackson, 50 \u2013said online: \u201cEverybody plays the fool sometime, and I have been the biggest fool.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nIn an apparent reference to Combs, she added: \u201cI just wanted my man at the time to be happy and satisfied\u2026 I wanted to fulfill all his desires\u2026 even if that meant breaking my own boundaries. I deeply loved him \u2026 and I believed he loved me too.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nDaphne continued: \u201cIt\u2019s still so painful for me to process the harsh reality and truth of that relationship, but as time passes and in my quiet moments, I realise that it was far from love.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nIn the statement, Daphne alleged she had not agreed to the recording of the video allegedly showing Combs watching her get intimate with another man, and claimed she had later been subjected to threats.<\/p>\n
\nShe added she \u201cnever consented\u201d to being filmed in the tape.<\/p>\n
\nDaphne added: \u201cI was blackmailed by the person in the video and was threatened that if I didn\u2019t give him the lump sum of money that they would leak it on the web.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nShe continued: \u201cI almost gave in to this demand, and once I didn\u2019t, this person eventually sold this tape to a giant media outlet.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nAccording to Daphne, she was later contacted by the media company involved.<\/p>\n
\nShe wrote: \u201cOnce the media company understood the tape they purchased was revenge porn and an extortion scheme, they backed off from broadcasting it.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nDaphne added: \u201cI know they are probably reading this, and I want to say thank you for doing the right thing\u2026 even though years later\u2026 it\u2019s come back to haunt me again.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nDescribing the experience as traumatic, Daphne said revisiting the footage had been deeply upsetting.<\/p>\n
\nShe wrote: \u201cI knew the inner turmoil and pressures I felt in those moments.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nDaphne added: \u201cI was not and was never in my right mind throughout the entirety of that relationship.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nShe continued: \u201cSeeing myself so lost is excruciating. I just want to hold that girl in that room and get her out of there \u2026 and tell her that wasn\u2019t love and she didn\u2019t need to do this for love.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nIn the closing section of her statement, Daphne said: \u201cI wish so many things were different, but I can\u2019t take back the hands of time.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nShe added: \u201cI can only continue to move forward and slowly learn to love and trust myself again.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nFollowing reports about the Freak Off tapes leak, 50 Cent commented on social media.<\/p>\n
\nHe wrote: \u201cShe\u2019s not a victim, SIRE is.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nThe alleged \u2018Freak Off\u2019 tapes have not been verified, and another of them is said to show Combs\u2019 ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura with another man.<\/p>\n
\nCombs is currently serving a 50-month federal prison sentence after being convicted of transportation for prostitution.<\/p>\n
