Hudson Williams<\/strong><\/a> gave his longtime girlfriend Katelyn Larson<\/strong><\/a> a special shoutout while on stage at the 2026 Canadian Screen Awards<\/strong><\/em> on Sunday evening (May 31) at CBC Broadcast Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. <\/p>\n

The 25-year-old Heated Rivalry<\/em> star made history at the ceremony when he won the award for Best Lead Performer, Drama Series for his work as Shane Hollander in the Crave series’ first season. <\/p>\n

Hudson<\/strong> not only picked up his first major award of his career, but he’s also the youngest actor to receive Best Lead Performer, Drama Series! <\/p>\n

While on stage accepting the award, he didn’t prepare any speech, but brought a list of people to thank that helped him get to this achievement, including his partner. <\/p>\n

After thanking the\u00a0Heated Rivalry<\/em>\u00a0crew, Crave and his parents, the actor shared a special thank you to Katelyn<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

“My partner Katelyn<\/strong>, wherever you are\u2026there you are, love you, thank you so much for always keeping me stable because sometimes I’m- I’m not,” he said. <\/p>\n

As the camera panned to Katelyn<\/strong> in the audience, lovingly watching his speech, and she could be seen holding up the finger hearts, which were popularized in Korea in the 1990s. Watch the full video above!<\/p>\n

Hudson<\/strong> then thanked his on-screen partner Connor Storrie<\/strong>, who was unable to attend the show. <\/p>\n

\u201cIf I could cut this award down the middle I would because if these gay, yearning, little bottom eyes didn\u2019t have a big sexy Russian to feast upon, my performance wouldn\u2019t be as good. To the honorary Canadian\u00a0Connor Storrie<\/strong>, I share this award with you,\u201d the actor said.<\/p>\n

In addition to Hudson<\/strong>‘s own win that night, Heated Rivalry<\/em> also won Best Drama Series the fan-voted Cogeco\u00a0Fund Audience Choice award, as well as several other wins<\/a> the night before. <\/p>\n

Hudson<\/strong> also took to the stage to present co-star Sophie Nelisse<\/strong> with the Radius Award. <\/p>\n

Earlier in the night, Hudson<\/strong> and Katelyn<\/strong> hit the red carpet and posed for photos alongside his mom and dad. <\/p>\n
