Kourtney Kardashian<\/strong><\/a> has officially changed her last name<\/a> after marrying Travis Barker<\/strong><\/a> \u2014 but the timing of her announcement raised eyebrows among some fans.<\/p>\n

Kardashian, 44, shared a glimpse of her updated license via Instagram<\/a> on Thursday, June 29. \u201cSay my name,\u201d she captioned the post, which showed a black-and-white pic above her full moniker, Kourtney Kardashian Barker.<\/p>\n

The location was tagged as \u201cDepartment of Motor Vehicles.\u201d Some social media users were quick to assume the Poosh founder was poking fun at her sister Kim Kardashian<\/strong><\/a>, whose DMV trip aired during Thursday\u2019s episode of The Kardashians<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Fans saw Kim, 42, bring her glam squad \u2014 including hairstylist Chris Appleton<\/strong> and makeup artist Ariel Tejada<\/strong><\/a> \u2014 along for her appointment at the California agency after its regular business hours. Kim dressed down in black bike shorts and flip-flops<\/a> as she thanked the employees for keeping the office open.<\/p>\n

\u201cToday we are with Kim, and we are getting her driver\u2019s license picture ready,\u201d Appleton, 40, told the cameras. \u201cIt\u2019s a big deal because you have to live with it for a long time. \u2026 Too many people live with driver\u2019s licenses that are not cute.\u201d<\/p>\n

When she finally made her way to the photo area, Kim teased that she was \u201cso nervous\u201d<\/a> and requested that the DMV employee \u201cwait until I\u2019m not smiling.\u201d Tejada, 28, held up a light above the camera for an extra glow.<\/p>\n

Kim and her team weren\u2019t happy with the first shot, asking to take another. \u201cWow. We\u2019re snatched!\u201d the reality star said as she approved the second pic. \u201cThis one\u2019s good.\u201d<\/p>\n

After Kourtney shared her own license photo on Thursday, fans instantly took to the comments section with their theories. \u201cI guess Ariel and Chris didn\u2019t come to the DMV with Kourt too,\u201d one user wrote, while another accused Kourtney of \u201ccopying\u201d her sister.<\/p>\n

A third fan simply teased, \u201cThe timing of this post has me screaming.\u201d<\/p>\n

Throughout season 3 of The Kardashians<\/em>, Kim and Kourtney have been at odds<\/a> over their respective connections with Dolce & Gabbana. Kourtney and Barker, 47 \u2014 who are currently expecting their first baby<\/a> together \u2014 collaborated with the brand<\/a> ahead of their May 2022 wedding in Italy. Later that year, Kim formed her own partnership with the label<\/a>, causing tension between the two sisters.<\/p>\n

\u201cI go to big extents to have my own thing. But there\u2019s no sense of loyalty. It is almost like a greediness,\u201d Kourtney told Khlo\u00e9 Kardashian<\/strong><\/a> on Thursday\u2019s episode, explaining her perspective<\/a>. \u201cWe have it all. We have more than we could want or need. If I look at the photos from the fashion show, half the time I [wonder] if that is my wedding.\u201d<\/p>\n

After claiming that Kim didn\u2019t feel \u201cbad\u201d<\/a> about the situation, Kourtney confessed that she\u2019d been putting off speaking to her directly<\/a>. \u201cShe\u2019s so intolerable to even have a conversation with. \u2026 This is definitely not about a brand. It was about my wedding \u2014 I didn\u2019t feel truly supported,\u201d she continued. \u201cIt is like a free for all and there are no boundaries. It felt like there\u2019s no decency to ask me how I felt about her doing this so closely to my wedding.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kim previously took aim at Kourtney in the June 22 episode<\/a> after hearing what she was saying behind her back. \u201cI shouldn\u2019t have to ask her for permission. I thought I was being really mindful. There were so many collections [I didn\u2019t choose items from],\u201d she said. \u201cShe\u2019s saying every one of her friends [supports her], but she doesn\u2019t have any friends. So, Travis?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
