\u201cI\u2019ve seen a lot of comments of people asking how I lost the weight so my weight loss journey started once getting out of prison \u2026 when I started eating healthier instead of prison food, the weight begin to fall off,\u201d Gypsy explained on the Lifetime show. \u201cI started eating twice a day and smaller portions.\u201d<\/p>\n
More recently, Gypsy confirmed that she never actually planned to lose weight and had not used GLP-1 medications to slim down.<\/p>\n
