The 30-year-old pop star and Callum, 36, announced their engagement last year, and while they originally planned an intimate wedding, they are now said to be having a lavish three-day celebration in Italy.<\/p>\n
A source told The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre column: \u201cThe original plan was for an intimate wedding, but it is now going to be a massive, luxurious affair across three days.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey have rented out multiple huge venues for the multi-event extravaganza, although the exact details are being kept under wraps due to security concerns, as fans are desperate to catch a glimpse of them.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe couple have been doing daily workouts at stylish members’ club 180 House in London to prepare for their big day, and Dua has been telling friends she cannot wait to walk down the aisle.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nCelebrity pals Charli XCX and Tove Lo are on the guest list, while, Sir Elton John – who Dua collaborated with on the 2021 track Cold Heart \u2013 has been tipped to perform.<\/p>\n
\nDua and Callum formally announced their engagement last year, when they shared the news with British Vogue following speculation about their relationship status.<\/p>\n
\nThe chart-topping singer – who previously dated French filmmaker Romain Gavras – told the publication at the time: “Yeah, we\u2019re engaged.<\/p>\n
\n“It\u2019s very exciting. This decision to grow old together, to see a life and just, I don\u2019t know, be best friends forever – it\u2019s a really special feeling.”<\/p>\n
\nDua subsequently revealed that she had been feeling “happier than ever” after getting engaged.<\/p>\n
\nSpeaking to Harper\u2019s BAZAAR magazine’s global ICONS Issue, Dua shared: “I love love. It is a beautiful thing. It’s a really inspiring thing. You find yourself so intensely falling all the time in the best way possible. That vulnerability is so scary, but I feel so lucky to get to feel it.<\/p>\n
\n“I’ve spent a lot of time being guarded or protecting my heart, and so I’m letting go of that feeling and just being like, ‘Okay, if I’m supposed to get hurt, then this is what’s going to happen.’ I have to just allow love.”<\/p>\n
