Mandy Moore<\/strong><\/a> got into a little mischief with Macaulay Culkin<\/strong><\/a> while they shot 2004 film, Saved!<\/em>, together.<\/p>\n

The actress, 42, revealed in the Wednesday, May 27 episode of Evan Ross Katz<\/strong>\u2019 Netflix show, Shut Up, Evan<\/em>, that she drank alcohol with Culkin, 45, despite being underage at the time.<\/p>\n

\u201cI do remember a little bit of underage drinking,\u201d she said. \u201cAs it happened, I was like, \u2018Look, I didn\u2019t go to high school.\u2019 I was 18.\u201d<\/p>\n

The teen comedy was filmed in Canada\u2019s British Columbia, where the legal drinking age is 19.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tOne of the most defining magazine covers of the early aughts was rife with plenty of behind-the-scenes turmoil, according to cover girl Mandy Moore. Moore, 40, appeared on the cover of Vanity Fair\u2019s July 2003 issue alongside actresses including Amanda Bynes, Alexis Bledel, Lindsay Lohan and Evan Rachel Wood with the headline, \u201cIt\u2019s Totally Raining [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Culkin was older than many of the teen actors in the Saved!<\/em> cast, which also included Jena Malone<\/strong> and Eva Amurri<\/strong>, and was legally able to drink.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think it was Mac, Macaulay, that introduced me and all of us to a White Russian,\u201d Moore recalled. \u201cI was like, \u2018Milk and alcohol? This is made for me, I love this! This is like ice cream, this is fantastic!\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

During the chat, Moore noted that although a lot of the cast members were young, they didn\u2019t cause too much trouble together.<\/p>\n

\u201cI distinctly remember the sweet, innocent \u2014 like, we would take giant marshmallows and throw them at people off the balcony,\u201d she said. \u201cWe were kids! We weren\u2019t really getting up to no good.\u201d<\/p>\n

Reflecting on the memories<\/a> forged on-set with her costars, Moore praised the filming experience and the movie\u2019s storyline.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was a crazy, crazy life-changing experience,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

In Saved!<\/em>, Moore played Hilary Faye<\/a>, the best friend of the film\u2019s main character, Mary (portrayed by Malone). Mary tries to \u201csave\u201d her boyfriend from being gay, only to become pregnant along the way.<\/p>\n

\u201cI just loved the script and the character, and I thought it was really irreverent and funny, and also like gonna move the needle. But it also felt so wholly different than who I am that I was like, \u2018Oh this is a stretch, and this is unlike anything I\u2019ve done before. So hopefully, very intentionally, this\u2019ll open up a door to other projects,\u2019 like people regarding me in a different light,\u201d Moore added.<\/p>\n
