\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Rumer Willis<\/strong><\/a> brings allegations against ex Derek Richard Thomas<\/strong><\/a> in new court documents. <\/p>\n The 37-year-old entertainer and her singer have been in a custody battle for nearly a year over their three-year-old daughter Louetta<\/strong>. <\/p>\n In her new documents, Rumer<\/strong> claims Derek<\/strong> exhibited a \u201cpersistent pattern\u201d of \u201cinsane emotional abuse\u201d that has been going on since before their split in 2024, according to People<\/a><\/em>. <\/p>\n This comes as she continues to fight for custody after he filed an order for child custody and visitation last July. <\/p>\n Rumer<\/strong> says he alleged abuse also happened \u201coften in front of the minor child or while they were trapped in the car with him.\u201d<\/p>\n The actress and singer filed for primary physical custody and alleges that her ex engaged in \u201congoing coercive control through prolonged circular verbal attacks that he is unable or unwilling to stop.\u201d<\/p>\n She also says he engaged in this for \u201cover six hours at a time on what became a daily basis,\u201d alleging his \u201cerratic and bizarre\u201d behavior \u201cescalated\u201d after their daughter was born three years ago. <\/p>\n \u201cI was constantly trying to keep the peace and walk on eggshells,\u201d Rumer<\/strong> said in the filing. \u201cHe wanted to isolate me from my friends and family. He constantly called me a liar with no reason behind it. He told me I was a bad girlfriend all the time.\u201d<\/p>\n In the docs, Rumer<\/strong> says Derek<\/strong> displayed \u201cparanoid behavoir\u201d and he claimed she and her mom Demi Moore<\/strong> were \u201cplotting\u201d to take their daughter away from him. <\/p>\n \u201cFor a long time, it was difficult for me to stand up to [Thomas<\/strong>] as I tried to avoid his emotional tirades and abuse even for a long time after he moved out,\u201d Rumer<\/strong> says in the paperwork. <\/p>\n She claims his behavior has left Louetta<\/strong> \u201ctraumatized\u201d and \u201ccrying a lot,\u201d which has become reason for her not wanting the toddler to have \u201covernights or time with Louetta<\/strong>\u201d without an evaluation. <\/p>\n Derek<\/strong> is denying these claims, saying Rumer <\/strong>only made the custody request because she is \u201cenraged\u201d by their daughter\u2019s \u201cclear affection\u201d for his new fianc\u00e9e Lizzie Loch<\/strong>, who the actress is concerned being present during his time with their child due to his alleged \u201chistory of fighting in relationships, and in front of the child.\u201d<\/p>\n He denies the abuse claims, but notes that their relationship was \u201cunhealthy.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI have committed no acts of domestic violence in any form, including any active coercive control.
