Caleb Boggs Federal Building on June 06, 2024 in Wilmington, Delaware.<span class=\"image-caption-credit\"> (Photo by Kevin Dietsch\/Getty Images)<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>And according to Hunter\u2019s deeply personal new confession, things became so bleak during the height of his addiction that he contemplated ending his life \u201cdozens of times.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRight after Beau died\u2026 I ended up separated from my wife, like, within the month,\u201d Hunter reflected. \u201cMy dad, for the first time in my life, who was my rock, was stuck in his own grief. Like deep, deep grief. And I just went down into a hole,\u201d he told Owens.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/radaronline.com\/p\/hunter-biden-suicide-joe-son-crack-washington-dc-end-life-kill-dad\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Radar Online<\/a>, Hunter admitted that at the lowest point of his addiction, he considered suicide repeatedly while feeling overwhelmed by grief and guilt.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI saw a woman that was kind of famous in the area since I had been in college\u2026 and I went up to her and I said, \u2018Can I get some crack?\u2019<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think it was basically said, \u2018Can you help me commit suicide?\u2019 I mean, I know that now looking back it was the coward\u2019s way,\u201d he explained, adding:<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\">\n<p>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Candace x Hunter Biden: The Interview\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Ux1kzgQxkws?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<p>\u201cAnd I really mean that. I was a coward. I didn\u2019t go and just do (cocaine).
