90 Day Fianc\u00e9<\/i><\/a><\/span> alum Eric Rosenbrook<\/strong> is no longer facing a battery charge following an alleged altercation with his wife, Leida Rosenbrook<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

According to court records exclusively obtained by Us Weekly<\/i> on Tuesday, May 26, Eric, 48, pleaded guilty to \u201cdisorderly conduct, domestic abuse assessments\u201d early in the month. As for his battery charge, a judge dismissed the misdemeanor.<\/p>\n

Eric must comply with various conditions, such as committing no crimes, maintaining sobriety and not being present in any bars except for employment purposes for 12 months as part of his plea deal. If he violates any terms, police can put a warrant out for his arrest.<\/p>\n

Us<\/i> has reached out to Eric\u2019s attorney for comment.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tEric Rosenbrook and Leida Margaretha were one of 90 Day Fianc\u00e9\u2019s most controversial couples when they appeared in season 6 of the reality show. In the years since filming wrapped on their series, the pair have endured even more drama, including Eric\u2019s recent arrest for domestic battery and domestic disorderly conduct in Adams, Wisconsin. Back in July 2025, Eric was arrested<\/span><\/a> after an alleged July 4 incident involving his wife, whom he met on the TLC series in 2018.<\/p>\n

According to the alleged victim \u2014 who police say identified herself as his wife \u2014 she spotted Eric passed out in his car outside an apartment.<\/p>\n

After she got Eric out of the car, Leida, 37, alleged that an argument ensued, during which they woke their infant daughter.<\/p>\n

At one point, Leida alleged that Eric slapped her. Cops said that she told them Eric has consistently abused her since their marriage began in 2018.<\/p>\n

When speaking to Us<\/i> after the arrest, Eric admitted he and his wife got into a fight on July 4 and that he slapped her during their altercation. He said his wife was holding their daughter at the time, but was adamant he didn\u2019t make contact or hurt his daughter.<\/p>\n

Eric was later represented by a public defender during a July 7, 2025, court hearing, during which he pleaded not guilty to domestic battery and domestic disorderly conduct charges.<\/p>\n

Eric, who is a former U.S. Marine, met his Indonesian wife on an international dating site and they have a 10-year age gap. Together, the Wisconsin-based couple appeared on season 6 of 90 Day Fianc\u00e9<\/i>.<\/p>\n

Cameras rolled as the couple documented the highs and lows of their relationship, including Leida\u2019s controversial clashes with Eric\u2019s teenage daughter, Tasha. Leida was also unhappy with Eric spending more time and money on his three children from a previous relationship.<\/p>\n

Days after the alleged July 2025 incident, Eric and Leida experienced a devastating loss when their newborn daughter, Alisa, died.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n
