What\u2019s Lindsie\u2019s next move?<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" data-instgrm-permalink=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DCp4mSdtuLE\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=loading\" data-instgrm-version=\"14\" style=\" background:#FFF; border:0; border-radius:3px; box-shadow:0 0 1px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.5),0 1px 10px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.15); margin: 1px; max-width:540px; min-width:326px; padding:0; width:99.375%; width:-webkit-calc(100% - 2px); width:calc(100% - 2px);\"\/>\n<p>Lindsie spoke to <em>TMZ <\/em>to explain what went down \u2014 and what she plans to do about it.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI got pulled over speeding past a car on a two lane road,\u201d she confirmed.<\/p>\n<p>Lindsie explained that this was \u201cbecause they almost hit an animal and I was trying to miss hitting them and whatever the animal was.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In other words, she is saying that her driving was not to blame \u2014 that she was responsibly navigating around a speeding car in order to avoid a collision.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, Lindsie told <em>TMZ <\/em>that she was released pretty much immediately after her arrest.
