While she said that the Episcopal ceremony was long, that \u201cwasn\u2019t the weird part.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/weddingshaming\/comments\/1t5i6nu\/why_on_earth_did_they_pick_that_song\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">her post<\/a> she explained, \u201cWe had just finished the dinner and speeches and the dancing was about to start. The MC announced that the couple would have their first dance. Examples included Johnny Cash\u2019s \u201cRing of Fire\u201d and Dolly Parton\u2019s \u201cJolene.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>One person admitted to being utterly shocked when a groom danced with his mom to the song \u201cAfternoon Delight,\u201d which is about getting intimate with your partner in the afternoon. Someone else said that their bridal colleague had danced to Sade\u2019s \u201cSmooth Operator\u201d with their dad. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cDirectly after our ceremony was over, while we were walking out and to the reception, we had Another One Bites the Dust play. I\u2019m not really sure anyone noticed, but we thought it was funny and that was enough,\u201d one happily married user shared. <\/p>\n<p>While one person admitted that \u201cBefore He Cheats\u201d was a \u201ccrazy\u201d choice, they added that it wasn\u2019t close to being the \u201cworst\u201d wedding song.
