\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Two Survivor<\/strong><\/a><\/em> contestants will be checking in to The White Lotus<\/strong><\/a><\/em>!<\/p>\n During the live Survivor 50<\/em> finale<\/a> that aired on Wednesday night (May 20), Mike White<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 who competed on the season \u2013 popped in via video call to announced that two contestants will be making cameos in the upcoming fourth season of his Emmy-winning HBO series.<\/p>\n Mike<\/strong> announced that Charlie Davis<\/strong><\/a> and Kamilla Karthigesu<\/strong><\/a> will be appearing in the new season, which is currently filming in the South of France!<\/p>\n If you didn\u2019t know, Mike<\/strong> actually pushed back production on season four of The White Lotus<\/em> so that he could compete on Survivor 50<\/em>. He ended up being the fifth person voted out this season.<\/p>\n When host Jeff Probst<\/strong> asked why he wanted to return to the CBS competition series, Mike<\/strong> said, \u201cSurvivor<\/em> has given me so much, as a viewer and when I was a contestant. Fifty seasons, are you kidding? There\u2019s nothing that could have stopped me from coming back.\u201d<\/p>\n Mike<\/strong> went on to joke that he was voted off, he took a day to \u201cnurse my wounds\u201d before getting back to writing season four.<\/p>\n Charlie<\/strong> and Kamilla<\/strong> aren\u2019t the first Survivor <\/em>contestants to be cast on The White Lotus<\/em>. In season two, Survivor: David vs. Goliath\u00a0<\/em>contestants Angelina Keeley<\/strong> and Kara Kay<\/strong> made cameos as hotel guests.<\/p>\n Season four is unique in that it\u2019s centering around a real-life event: the Cannes Film Festival. This season will follow guests at the fictional hotel near the film festival in France.<\/p>\n Variety<\/em><\/a> reports that this is the basic premise for the new season: \u201cIn Cannes, two rival film teams descend upon the Cannes Film Festival with movies in competition and something to prove. One camps out at a flashy, palatial hotel on the Croisette, while the other is ensconced in a luxurious hilltop hideaway.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n The cast includes Vincent Cassel, Steve Coogan, Laura Dern, Caleb Jonte Edwards, Dylan Ennis, Corentin Fila, Ari Graynor, Marissa Long, Alexander Ludwig, Chris Messina, AJ Michalka, Kumail Nanjiani<\/strong> and Nadia Tereszkiewicz<\/strong>. <\/p>\n Additional cast includes Chloe Bennet, Sandra Bernhard, Heather Graham, Max Greenfield, Frida Gustavsson, Charlie Hall, Jarrad Paul, Rosie Perez, Ben Schnetzer<\/strong>, Laura Smet<\/strong>, Max Minghella<\/strong>, Ben Kingsley<\/strong>, and Pekka Strang<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The Mike White<\/strong>-created series is currently filming, and does not yet have a premiere date.
