Bravo newcomer Kenny Martin<\/strong> is teasing how the aftermath of Amanda Batula<\/strong><\/a> and West Wilson<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s shocking romance will play out on In the City<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was not a part of it, but cameras definitely pick back up,\u201d Kenny told Us Weekly<\/em> exclusively ahead of the show\u2019s Tuesday, May 19, premiere. \u201cI wasn\u2019t super involved in those conversations. I heard that they were very intense and very heavy.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kenny told Us<\/em> that he\u2019s \u201ctried to keep a bit of a distance\u201d when it comes to the drama surrounding Amanda, 34, and West, 31. However, he\u2019s spoken with Amanda\u2019s estranged husband, Kyle Cooke<\/strong>, about everything that\u2019s been going down in the wake of the former couple\u2019s split.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn my conversations with Kyle \u2014 and again, he\u2019s been super respectful \u2014 but I do think he has some tea leaves that may have given him a bit of a sense. Maybe in hindsight much more of a sense,\u201d Kenny continued. \u201cI hope some of those things are discussed in their reunion. I understand he\u2019s trying to be protective, but also, I feel like looking back for him, there\u2019s definitely some things that he\u2019s like, \u2018Huh, that makes a lot of sense now.\u2019 So, we\u2019ll see.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kyle and Amanda announced their separation<\/a> in January after four years of marriage. By March, rumors started swirling that Amanda had moved on with West, her best friend and costar Ciara Miller<\/strong>\u2019s ex. Amanda and West released a joint statement<\/a> on March 31 confirming their romance.<\/p>\n

While the fallout has not been airing on Summer House<\/em><\/a> season 10, Bravo fans are set to get some answers when the reunion airs next week. The network also picked up the In the City<\/em> cameras to film the scandal\u2019s aftermath.<\/a><\/p>\n

Kenny told Us<\/em> that he\u2019s \u201chad conversations\u201d with Amanda since the scandal broke but really wanted to know how Kyle was doing.<\/p>\n

\u201cKyle\u2019s my boy,\u201d Kenny said. \u201cMy priority and focus was just making sure that Kyle was and is OK.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kenny\u2019s relationship with Bachelor<\/em><\/a> alum Whitney Fransway<\/strong> will also be showcased throughout In the City<\/em> \u2014 and it\u2019s a lot less scandalous.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe made the decision \u2014 Whitney and I \u2014 at one point, where it was like, if we\u2019re going to do this, let\u2019s just put it all out there and be vulnerable,\u201d Kenny said. \u201cHopefully, it\u2019s received well.\u201d<\/p>\n

The show\u2019s trailer, released last month, teased Whitney\u2019s move across the country to be with Kenny.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe is honestly the most amazing person in the world. She is so awesome,\u201d Kenny gushed. \u201cWe had an interesting start to our relationship. We started dating a while ago, but I was going through some personal things with my family. \u2026 I wasn\u2019t in the place to be able to have the emotional availability to deal with both.\u201d<\/p>\n
