Christopher Abbott<\/strong><\/a> made his first comments about his partner Aubrey Plaza<\/strong><\/a>‘s pregnancy!<\/p>\n

The 40-year-old actor made an appearance on the Today <\/em><\/a>show to speak about his Broadway play, Death of a Salesman<\/em>, for which he’s nominated for a Tony Award.<\/p>\n

Jenna Bush offered her congratulations!<\/h3>\n

\u201cCan we say congratulations? You\u2019re expecting a babe,\u201d Jenna Bush Hager<\/strong> said.<\/p>\n

\u201cI thought [you meant] for my Tony nom!\u201d Christopher <\/strong>joked when the subject was brought up.<\/p>\n

He then said it’s “too much” going on between his Tony nomination and the baby news.<\/p>\n

He said it’s “very exciting” before thanking Jenna <\/strong>for her well wishes.<\/p>\n

It was announced last month that Aubrey<\/strong> is expecting her first child <\/a>with partner. During a recent appearance on the Smartless <\/em>podcast, Aubrey <\/strong>shared her excitement about becoming a mom<\/a>.<\/p>\n

How long have Aubrey Plaza and Christopher Abbott known one another?<\/h3>\n

They first worked together in summer 2019 on the indie movie Black Bear<\/em> and then took the film to the Sundance Film Festival in January 2020. The actors later worked together on the off-Broadway play Danny and the Deep Blue Sea<\/em>, which ran performances from October 2023 to January 2024. <\/p>\n
