The golf icon, 50, returned to his home in Jupiter, Florida, on Wednesday (13.05.26) after seeking treatment outside the United States following the March 27 rollover crash that reignited scrutiny around the former world No 1\u2019s health and personal struggles. <\/p>\n
A source has now told People magazine as he continues navigating the fallout from his recent car crash and DUI charge: \u201cTiger took his trip seriously and is all about continuing his recovery and putting this chapter behind him.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe is in good spirits and also can\u2019t wait to put the legal issues to rest.\u201d<\/p>\n
Fifteen-time major champion Tiger, whose career has spanned dominant Masters victories, historic Ryder Cup appearances and years of injury setbacks, as well as his infamous cheating scandal, has remained one of the most recognisable figures in sport since first transforming golf in the late 1990s. <\/p>\n
\nIn recent years, Tiger has also made headlines for his repeated comeback attempts, ongoing fitness battles and public relationship with Vanessa Trump, 48, the former wife of Donald Trump Jr.. <\/p>\n
\nSources have also told People Tiger and Vanessa remained close throughout the golfer\u2019s recent time away and that the relationship had not been affected by the recent turmoil.<\/p>\n
