\ufeffMadonna<\/strong><\/a> is recovering from an infection.<\/p>\n

The 64-year-old pop icon developed a “serious bacterial infection” according to her manager Guy Oseary<\/strong><\/a> in a statement posted on Wednesday (June 28).<\/p>\n

“On Saturday June 24, Madonna <\/strong>developed a serious bacterial infection which lead to a several day stay in the ICU,” he wrote.<\/p>\n

“Her health is improving, however she is still under medical care. A full recovery is expected. At this time we will need to pause all commitments, which includes the tour,” he continued.<\/p>\n

“We will share more details with you soon as we have them, including a new start date for the tour and for rescheduled shows.”<\/p>\n

We are wishing a speedy recovery to Madonna<\/strong> at this time.<\/p>\n

Several artists have canceled their tours in 2023.<\/a><\/p>\n
