Nick Lachey<\/strong><\/a> is making a shocking new claim about his ex-wife Jessica Simpson<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

According to the 52-year-old 98 Degrees singer, he crossed paths with the 45-year-old Dukes of Hazzard<\/em> star a few months ago while they both happened to be on the same flight to Hawaii.<\/p>\n

Nick <\/strong>chatted with Andy Cohen <\/strong>during a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live <\/em>and claimed that he noticed Jessica <\/strong>sat in a “separate class of service” from her three kids, insinuating she was in first class while her children were in economy.<\/p>\n

\u201cHer mother and her were together,\u201d Nick <\/strong>said, noting that their kids and Jessica<\/strong>‘s estranged husband Eric Johnson<\/strong> \u201cwere all on the plane, but not with us.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe kids were in a separate class of service?\u201d Andy <\/strong>asked.<\/p>\n

The Love is Blind<\/em> co-host confirmed that’s what he saw at the time, noting that Eric <\/strong>stayed with the kids throughout the flight.<\/p>\n

Jessica <\/strong>shares son Ace<\/strong>, 12, and two daughters, Maxwell<\/strong>, 14, and Birdie<\/strong>, 7, with Eric<\/strong>. The pair married in 2014 and they announced their separation in January 2025.<\/p>\n

Some conflicting reports surfaced<\/a> regarding the alleged interaction between Nick <\/strong>and Jessica <\/strong>in early April. <\/p>\n

A source told TMZ that the exes \u201cwent out of their way to avoid each other the entire time,\u201d while another source said they were pleasant and had a “nice, cordial conversation.”<\/p>\n
