Remi Bader is dating<\/p>\n
\nThe Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Rookie has revealed that she’s seeing a mystery man, but Remi is determined to find someone who is “on board with what [she’s] up to”.<\/p>\n
\nRemi, 31, told People: “Career is number one for me. But I am on my dating journey at 31 years old. So we’re trying. We’re dating, and I’m very much single, and we’ll see what happens.”<\/p>\n
\nRemi revealed that her mystery man had texted her just before she walked the red carpet at the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue launch in New York City.<\/p>\n
\nShe said: “When I was about to come [on] the red carpet, he just texted me. I was like, ‘Listen, I can’t hang out this week. I can’t go on another date.'”<\/p>\n
\nDespite the brush-off, she said of the mystery man: “He’s a very nice man. I’d like to see you another time.”<\/p>\n
\nMeanwhile, Remi previously revealed that she had to move out of her apartment after going through a “traumatic” breakup.<\/p>\n
\nThe influencer split from Keyveat Postell in 2024 after almost two years together and she decided that she could no longer live where it all unfolded. <\/p>\n
\nSpeaking in a video posted to TikTok, she said: “I don’t want to talk about it anymore because it feels like another lifetime ago. Eight, nine months ago.<\/p>\n
\n“I know I can’t be in this apartment because I just can’t.<\/p>\n
\n“And the trauma and things that went on in that apartment, I just knew I wanted to leave.”<\/p>\n
\nRemi subsequently revealed how her mom’s experiences influenced her own decision-making.<\/p>\n
\nThe social media star explained that her mom encouraged her to stay put, but she chose a different path.<\/p>\n
\nShe explained: “So my mom was always very much like, ‘Don’t move.’<\/p>\n
\n“But every time I would go back to that apartment, I would be so sad. It would literally bring me back to this sad place like the breakup literally just happened.<\/p>\n
\n“It was about me now and about my mental health.<\/p>\n
\n“I just felt held back in that apartment and I only felt that sadness when I was in there.”<\/p>\n
