After weeks of reports and speculation<\/a>, a source told People<\/a><\/em> on Friday (May 15) that Pete<\/strong>, 32, and Elsie<\/strong>, 30, have broken up, five months after welcoming their daughter Scottie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

However, the source did note that the two are still “working on things.”<\/p>\n

\u201cPete<\/strong> and Elsie<\/strong> are working on things,\u201d the source says. \u201cThey want one another to succeed and be happy.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to the insider, the pair’s relationship has had it ups and downs. \u201cThere have been points where they’ve split and have gotten back together,” the source explained, adding that it’s not clear if they will get back together again.<\/p>\n

If you didn\u2019t know, Pete<\/strong> and Elsie<\/strong> were first spotted together vacationing in Florida in March 2025 and went Instagram official the following week. In May 2025, they made their red carpet debut<\/a> and announced they were expecting their first child together in July.<\/p>\n

Their daughter Scottie<\/strong>, who is named after Pete<\/strong>\u2018s late dad<\/a>, was born in December 2025.<\/p>\n
