\nThe social media updates came after Elsie marked her first Mother\u2019s Day with a tribute to daughter Scottie that did not include Pete. <\/p>\n
\nShe wrote: \u201cWe\u2019re all here because of a mother\u2019s sacrifice to make herself your first home. I got to be Scottie\u2019s. Greatest honour of my life. Happy mother\u2019s day.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nPete, meanwhile, recently raised eyebrows while accepting a Special Achievement Award at the 30th Annual Webby Awards, where he joked he was \u201cstill dead inside\u201d.<\/p>\n
\nPete publicly painted a happier picture of family life earlier this year.<\/p>\n
