Brett Ratner<\/strong> is reportedly traveling to China with President Donald Trump<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

The 57-year-old director previously directed the Melania Trump<\/strong> documentary Melania <\/em>and will soon get to work on Rush Hour 4<\/em>, with both Jackie Chan<\/strong> and Chris Tucker<\/strong> returning to reprise their roles.<\/p>\n

According to a spokesperson for Ratner <\/strong>who talked to The New York Post<\/a><\/em>, the filmmaker is joining Trump<\/strong>, 79, for U.S. delegation to China to scout locations for the fourth movie.<\/p>\n

The President is heading to China to meet with President Xi Jinping<\/strong> from May 12 to Friday, May 15. The delegation will include Elon Musk<\/strong>, Tim Cook<\/strong>, Larry Fink<\/strong>, and more.<\/p>\n

Trump <\/strong>reportedly lobbied hard for a fourth Rush Hour<\/em> film<\/a> to get made with billionaire friend Larry Ellison<\/strong>, who is the largest shareholder of Paramount Skydance. <\/p>\n

Paramount Skydance and Warner Bros. Discovery are merging in a $111 billion deal, meaning the Rush Hour<\/em> franchise will soon be under the Paramount umbrella.<\/p>\n

Ratner<\/strong>‘s Melania <\/em>was his first major project since he was accused by multiple women<\/a> of sexual misconduct and harassment amid the 2017 #MeToo movement.<\/p>\n
