Samsung sold an undisclosed number of televisions of varying sizes with Dua Lipa&#8217;s face on the box (not the face is the box but she is in the images on the box [fwiw I know we cannot read]).<\/p>\n<p>Samsung did not request permission to use Lipa&#8217;s likeness. Placing her on the box implies product endorsement. It unilaterally associates Dua Lipa and has confused many fans that this is a television she would purchase\/own.<\/p>\n<p>Dua Lipa is suing for $15m. It sounds like a lot but it is not.
