Jonathan Majors<\/strong><\/a> is filing a domestic violence complaint.<\/p>\n The 33-year-old Marvel<\/strong><\/a> star filed the complaint against ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari<\/strong><\/a>, alleging that she attacked him, and not the other way around, in a confrontation on a street corner in Chinatown on March 25, via Insider.<\/a><\/p>\n Jonathan <\/strong>was charged in that dispute, with his ex claiming he broke her finger, twisted her arm, and struck her in the ear causing it to bleed. He has denied the accusations. <\/p>\n An August 3 trial date was set in her case against the actor.<\/p>\n On June 21, the day after his last court date, Jonathan<\/strong> gave police his own version of what actually happened that night, claiming his \u201cdrunk and hysterical\u201d ex scratched, slapped, and grabbed at his face, causing pain and bleeding, via a domestic incident report and sworn affidavit obtained by Insider<\/em>.<\/p>\n A second NYPD precinct is also involved in investigating the actor\u2019s counter-claims.<\/p>\n Both precincts found probable cause to arrest Grace<\/strong>, and issued what is called an \u201cincident card,\u201d or \u201cI-Card,\u201d an electronic document directing police to take her into custody, at least for questioning, according to Majors\u2019 defense attorney Priya Chaudhry<\/strong> and a law enforcement source. <\/p>\n Manhattan prosecutors who are pursuing the case against Jonathan Majors<\/strong>, were for some reason reluctant, and at the district attorney\u2019s office\u2019s urging, the \u201cI-Card\u201d was de-activated, according to the two.<\/p>\n The DA\u2019s office has repeatedly pushed back against investigating or charging the woman, despite supporting evidence that includes surveillance camera footage of the street dispute and photos of his injuries, Jonathan<\/strong>\u2018s lawyer told Insider <\/em>.<\/p>\n He is now dating actress Meagan Good<\/strong><\/a>, who accompanied him to last week\u2019s court appearance in Manhattan Criminal Court.<\/p>\n In his domestic incident report, he claimed his ex had attacked him on prior occasions, though none were reported, including a \u201cverbal dispute in London that became physical.\u201d<\/p>\n According to the \u201cPrior History\u201d section of the domestic incident report, police checked the \u201cyes\u201d box next to these questions: \u201cIs suspect capable of killing you or children?\u201d \u201cIs suspect violently and constantly jealous of you?\u201d And, \u201cHas the physical violence increased in frequency or severity over the past 6 months?\u201d <\/p>\n Jonathan<\/strong> has denied causing any of the injuries he was arrested over and has insisted he did not get violent, alleging she became violent while accusing him of getting texts from another woman.<\/p>\n \u201cI was worried she would be hurt by traffic. So I physically picked her up and put her in the car,\u201d the incident report reads. <\/p>\n \u201cIn the morning, my face was stuck to the pillow because of the blood from the cut from Jabbari digging her thumbnail into my face,\u201d the incident report reads. <\/p>\n He accuses Grace<\/strong> of running up his credit card without his authorization, returning to London with his iPhone, \u201ca Rolex vintage watch and other luxury items that cost $6,000 \u2013 $7,000,\u201d according to the incident report.<\/p>\n Find out more about the scheduled court date.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
