Katie Maloney<\/strong><\/a> and Stassi Schroeder<\/strong><\/a> will be spilling all the tea in their new Hulu series.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s just kinda picking up where our lives are now and the people that are in them,\u201d Katie, 40, said on the Monday, May 4, episode of the \u201cHumble Brag<\/a>\u201d podcast, explaining the premise of their upcoming show House of Stassi<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Katie noted that \u201ca lot\u201d of Stassi\u2019s story line is \u201cfamily-oriented,\u201d meaning it will include her husband, Beau Clark<\/strong><\/a>, and their two children, Hartford, 5, and Messer, 2.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s also \u201cher best friends and then me,\u201d Katie said, adding that she and former Vanderpump Rules<\/em><\/a> costar Stassi, 37, \u201chad a bit of a falling out\u201d that \u201cno one knows\u201d about.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo this is really going to be documenting our road back to friendship in this phase of life, which is very different,\u201d Katie teased. \u201cWe\u2019re on very different life paths right now. She\u2019s married [with] two kids. I\u2019m divorced and newly dating someone else.\u201d<\/p>\n

Katie \u2014 who was married to VPR<\/em> costar Tom Schwartz<\/strong> from 2019 to 2022<\/a> and together for more than a decade \u2014 called the show \u201creally wonderful\u201d because of how real it is.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think there\u2019s something really beautiful about friendships that span from your 20s, or early 20s into your 40s now,\u201d she said. \u201cWhere we\u2019re just different people but we can still have love and appreciation. It\u2019s just about us navigating that.\u201d<\/p>\n

Schroeder, 37, was seen filming at West Hollywood\u2019s The Belmont on Saturday, November 1, with former Vanderpump Rules castmate Maloney, 38, per TMZ. The outlet reported that Schroeder is officially in production of Stassi Says. Us Weekly reached out [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Katie explained that House of Stassi<\/em> is really about documenting \u201cwhat that journey looks like\u201d between her and Stassi and the \u201cnaturally occurring conflict that happens\u201d when friends grow individually and, sometimes, apart.<\/p>\n

She joked that it\u2019s not like VPR,<\/em> where sometimes the cast would want to \u201cf*** s*** up\u201d and create conflict<\/a>.<\/p>\n

This show\u2019s trajectory was more focused on both women really wanting to \u201cspeak your mind and put it out on the table\u201d and then \u201chopefully have resolve at the end of the day.\u201d<\/p>\n

As fans of VPR<\/em> know, Katie and Stassi were close friends for years following the series\u2019 premiere in 2013. (The show experienced a revival in 2024, after a new cast was brought<\/a> on following the infamous Scandoval controversy.)<\/p>\n

Although the pair appeared to be friendly after Stassi was fired from the show in 2020<\/a>, fans began to wonder if they were feuding as they were seen together less and less.<\/p>\n

\u201cI need to step in here,\u201d Stassi wrote in the comments section of a TikTok video in 2024<\/a>, seemingly shutting down the rumors. \u201cI\u2019m not on Vanderpump Rules<\/em>. I\u2019m not on any team. That\u2019s not my life anymore. I have individual friendships with people. Friendships ebb & flow without it being nefarious.\u201d<\/p>\n

Katie weighed in on the speculation surrounding her and Stassi\u2019s dynamic during an appearance on the \u201cOff the Vine<\/a>\u201d podcast that same year.<\/p>\n

\u201cYeah, I mean, Stassi, OK, she\u2019s got two kids now,\u201d Katie said when asked about the rumors. \u201cWhile I wish we spent more time together \u2014 I think you\u2019re in a similar position where it\u2019s like, you\u2019re friends that have kids \u2014 so I think, you know, maybe once life balances out a little bit, we can spend some time together.\u201d<\/p>\n
