The actor \u2013\u00a0who has starred in The Transporter and Fast and Furious Presents: Hobbs and Shaw \u2013\u00a0and his model and businesswoman partner, known for her role in Transformers: Dark of the Moon, are said to have made the huge purchase as they apparently continue their shift towards a quieter life in the UK.<\/p>\n
Jason, 58, and Rosie, 39, who have children Oscar, eight, and Isabella, four, have reportedly purchased the six-bedroom property in the south of England for \u00a320 million and are now planning to spend a further \u00a35 million on renovations, according to The Sun. <\/p>\n
The estate reportedly spans 20 acres and includes a pool, boating lake and wild swimming pond. <\/p>\n
Jason and Rosie\u2019s reported move follows the couple\u2019s decision to sell their \u00a314 million Malibu beach house in 2020 and relocate permanently to Britain. <\/p>\n
\nRosie previously told Hello! the family, who also own homes in London and Cornwall, were seeking a slower pace of life.<\/p>\n
\nSpeaking about their lifestyle change, Rosie said: \u201cThere’s an incredible dressage school around the corner\u201d \u2013 adding: \u201cI’ve been dreaming of this since I left home. It will be mud and kids climbing trees. London on the weekends can feel very destination-driven. I want peace.\u201d <\/p>\n
\nJason, widely recognised for high-octane roles in the Fast and Furious franchise alongside Dwayne Johnson and Vin Diesel, has remained a dominant figure in action cinema, while Rosie has balanced modelling with business ventures including her beauty brand and fashion collaborations.<\/p>\n
\nThe pair, who have been together since 2010 and got engaged in 2016, have maintained a relatively private family life despite their high profiles.<\/p>\n
\nRosie has also spoken about the personal changes brought by motherhood. <\/p>\n
\nIn an interview with Net-A-Porter\u2019s PORTER magazine in 2021, she said: \u201cI just remember feeling like the rug was pulled out from underneath me.\u201d <\/p>\n
\nShe added: \u201cI’d had all these years of being really independent, being able to come and go as I wished, being self-employed to a degree, calling the shots, and then suddenly having (something) that really anchored me to home life.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nJason and Rosie have previously emphasised marriage is not an immediate priority. <\/p>\n
\nRosie told Entertainment Tonight: \u201cWe’re looking forward to that time. It’s also not a huge priority for us; we’re so happy.\u201d She added: \u201cI think it will be fun to do it when the baby’s (Jack) grown up a bit and he can be involved in the wedding.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nRosie has also credited Jason with influencing her taste in interiors, saying: \u201cJason has the most impeccable taste. He taught me so much about architecture and furniture. He’ll say it’s been a nightmare. I love the interiors.\u201d<\/p>\n
