There are 5 foods and spices you will not find on the menu at the 2026 Met Gala<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, taking place this evening.<\/p>\n

The exclusive event \u2013 which happens on the first Monday in May \u2013 has the theme of “Costume Art\u201d this year. <\/p>\n

From\u00a0Vogue<\/a><\/em>: \u201c\u2018Costume Art,\u2019 curated by\u00a0Andrew Bolton<\/strong>, will explore the relationship between clothing and the body beneath. The show\u2014organized into a series of thematic body types, ranging from the Naked Body to the Pregnant Body and the Aging Body\u2014will include garments and artworks from across The Met\u2019s vast collection, and feature both historical and contemporary pieces from the Costume Institute. Moreover, \u2018Costume Art\u2019 will be the first show held in The Met\u2019s new Cond\u00e9 M. Nast Galleries, a nearly 12,000-square-foot space adjacent to the Great Hall.\u201d<\/p>\n

A few years back while on the Today<\/a><\/em> show, Jenna Bush Hager<\/strong><\/a> got some scoop and asked, \u201cIs it true that you have banned chives, onions and garlic off the menu?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThose are three things I\u2019m not particularly fond of. So yes, that\u2019s true,\u201d Anna<\/strong> responded.<\/p>\n

An insider told the New York Post<\/em><\/a> that Anna <\/strong>allegedly won\u2019t allow parsley \u201cbecause you don\u2019t want that stuck in your teeth\u201d and bruschetta because \u201cit can fall easily on your gown.\u201d<\/p>\n
