Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino<\/strong> is breaking his silence on the concerns surrounding Ronnie Ortiz-Magro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

During a recent interview<\/a> with his Jersey Shore<\/strong><\/a><\/em> cast mates, Ronnie<\/strong>, 40, struggled to keep his eyes open and appeared to nod off several times while co-star Deena Nicole Cortese<\/strong> spoke.<\/p>\n

After the video sparked concerns with fans, as Ronnie<\/strong> has previously struggled with substance abuse in the past, Mike<\/strong>, 43, took to his Instagram Story<\/a> on Thursday night (April 30) to address the situation.<\/p>\n

“I want to be clear that I am not responsible for the actions of any other cast member,” Mike<\/strong> began. “At the same time, my heart is heavy seeing what Ron<\/strong>, a grown adult, chose to present during press.”<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

“This situation is still developing, and while I do not know the full extent of what he may be going through, I do know it is separate from my path,” Mike<\/strong>, who has been sober for 10 years<\/a>, added. “I will help where I can, including through my organization, The Archangel Centers.”<\/p>\n

“I reached out to check in and offer my support, and I am still waiting to hear back. If he is willing, I will be there for him,” he continued. “My heart is with anyone who is struggling. I have worked hard to protect my sobriety for nearly 11 years, and I honor that every day while continuing to show up with compassion for others.”<\/p>\n

As of right now, Ronnie<\/strong> has not publicly addressed the concerns.<\/p>\n
