Again.<\/p>\n<p>As of April 2026, the notorious criminal\u2019s release date has been changed again. This time, to a whole different year.<\/p>\n<p>He\u2019s slated to be released on February 2, 2033.<\/p>\n<p>Obviously, that still feels about a century too early, considering Josh\u2019s crimes and the fears of what he will do upon release.<\/p>\n<p>However, his initial release would have been in the summer of 2032. We\u2019re now looking at the winter of 2033. At one point, it was for possessing contraband \u2014 a phone.<\/p>\n<p>Amy didn\u2019t get specific.<\/p>\n<p>She simply alleged that it was a \u201crules violation\u201d behind bars that also caused time to be added to his sentence.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" data-instgrm-permalink=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/DW2JM71CSVY\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=loading\" data-instgrm-version=\"14\" style=\" background:#FFF; border:0; border-radius:3px; box-shadow:0 0 1px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.5),0 1px 10px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.15); margin: 1px; max-width:540px; min-width:326px; padding:0; width:99.375%; width:-webkit-calc(100% - 2px); width:calc(100% - 2px);\"\/>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2026\/03\/josh-duggar-hires-r-kelly-lawyer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Josh\u2019s attorney<\/a> at the moment is Beau Brindley, and he spoke to <em><a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/josh-duggar-prison-sentence-extended-placed-in-solitary-claims-cousin-amy-11960994\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">People<\/a> <\/em>to claim that \u201cthere is no way \u2026 to know the basis of a deviation of this limited magnitude.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Brindley went so far as to claim that current measures could \u201cbe the result of program availability, which is wholly out of the inmate\u2019s control.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sure. It could be. But given his history of behavior, both in and out of federal custody, it is not unreasonable to suspect that Josh did something bad on purpose.
