Kate Middleton in 2024 that predates the It Ends With Us mess (Lively did apologize for the post once Middleton revealed her cancer diagnosis)<\/p>\n<p>Baldoni&#8217;s lawyers are arguing that this shows a <i>&#8220;broader argument about reputational impact arising outside the lawsuit.&#8221;
