90 Day Fianc\u00e9<\/i><\/a><\/span> star Kimberly Menzies<\/strong> is ready to reveal the results of her dental implant surgery.<\/p>\n

\u201cI love my smile now, and although I am only six days out from surgery, I know it\u2019s going to get better and better,\u201d Kimberly, 56, exclusively shared with Us Weekly<\/i> on Tuesday, April 28. \u201cI can\u2019t thank Nuvia Dental Implant Center enough!\u201d<\/p>\n

In recent days, the TLC reality star has teased her \u201cnew beautiful smile<\/span><\/a>\u201d via social media. With help from her son, Jamal Menzies<\/strong>, Kimberly has been able to recover successfully and feel comfortable with sharing the results.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere was zero pain! Just swollen and bruised, but no pain at all,\u201d Kimberly told Us<\/i> about the procedure before sharing why she said \u201cyes\u201d to the surgery. \u201cMy teeth have been horrible for years, and I had a lot of pain. They were my biggest insecurity.\u201d<\/p>\n

After showcasing her results online, Kimberly decided to answer several burning questions from fans.<\/p>\n

The California resident confirmed that all of her \u201chorrible\u201d teeth were pulled out. And no TLC, did not pay for the surgery.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve got asked this a lot for some reason,\u201d she said via her Instagram Story on Tuesday. \u201cWhy would they pay for MY teeth? Pricing varies, so I suggest you research them.\u201d<\/p>\n

When asked if it\u2019s hard to talk with new teeth, Kimberly said it feels \u201cdifferent\u201d for the time being.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have to get used to them, and I\u2019m only six days out from surgery,\u201d she said. \u201cDoing tongue twisters and everything I am supposed to do.\u201d<\/p>\n

Last month, Kimberly celebrated another milestone in her personal life when she confirmed to Us<\/i> that she has lost 70 pounds with the help of a GLP-1.<\/p>\n

After starting at 260 pounds, Kimberly was happy to share that she weighed 190, with 10 pounds more to go until she reached her goal weight.<\/p>\n

\u201cLosing 70 pounds has really helped my self-confidence! I have more energy and just feel good all around,\u201d she exclusively shared<\/span><\/a> with Us <\/i>in March. \u201cI used to despise shopping for clothes and now I love it!\u201d<\/p>\n
