Spencer Pratt raised nearly $540,000 since January, as detailed in campaign disclosures submitted this week to the city’s Ethics Commission, according to the Los Angeles Times. Karen Bass has raised $495,000 so far this year. Although all might not be lost, Karen is said to have a campaign war chest about $2.3 million in cash on hand from money raised the last two years.
