\t\t<\/p>\n Amanda Bynes<\/strong> has a new hairdo!<\/p>\n Just under a week since she was seen out and about sporting a much darker hair color<\/a>, the 40-year-old former actress was spotted with bleached blonde hair once more while leaving a smoke shop in Hollywood on Friday (April 24).<\/p>\n Amanda<\/strong> wore an oversized dark sweater, shorts, and some white sneakers. She collaborated on the song with Zabba<\/strong> and Fenix Flexin<\/strong>.
