The album release date was first revealed by streamer Kishka<\/strong> discovered a folder on top of an Iceman<\/em> sculpture in Toronto, and he spent time chiseling the sculpture to find a golden ticket, which lead him to visit Drake<\/strong>\u2018s mansion with the magazine folder. He was then gifted a bag of cash by the rapper\u2019s team. <\/p>\nThis will mark Drake<\/strong>\u2018s ninth studio album, and his first in three years, following his last album For All the Dogs<\/em>. <\/p>\nLast year, the rapper dropped songs like \u201cDog House,\u201d \u201cWhich One\u201d with Central Cee and \u201cWhat Did I Miss.\u201d <\/p>\n
Drake<\/strong> has also been teasing the Iceman<\/em> album since 2024, when he referenced the late Val Kilmer<\/strong>\u2018s character from Top Gun<\/em> on social media, and later shared a screenshot of a folder called \u201c2.0 \u2013 Iceman.\u201d <\/p>\nIn early 2025, Drake<\/strong> also teamed up with PartyNextDoor<\/strong> for the collaborative album Some Sexy Songs 4 U<\/em>, which featured the single \u201cSomebody Loves Me,\u201d which was nominated for Best Melodic Rap Performance at the 2026 Grammys earlier this year.<\/p>\n<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
