Spencer Matthews<\/a>, 37, sharing the news on social media with images from a beach in St Barts. <\/p>\nThe couple, who married in 2018, are parents to Theodore Matthews, seven, Gigi Matthews, five, and Otto Matthews, three. <\/p>\n
Vogue revealed details of her previous pregnancy losses in a video on her YouTube channel, explaining she had experienced one miscarriage before the birth of Gigi and another loss last year after a 12-week scan showed the embryo had not developed.<\/p>\n
She said: \u201cI know I\u2019m very happy that we are pregnant again, but as I said, the nerves will kind of always be there.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nVogue described her first miscarriage as \u201creally upsetting\u201d before becoming pregnant again soon after, leading to the birth of Gigi. <\/p>\n
\nSpeaking about her second loss, Vogue said she had attended a routine scan and was told it was not \u201creally a pregnancy\u201d because the embryo had not grown. She said she was \u201creally upset\u201d and \u201cembarrassed\u201d, adding she felt as if her body had \u201ckind of failed\u201d her.<\/p>\n
\nVogue shared the pregnancy announcement alongside Spencer in a post captioned: \u201cBABY NUMBER 4 INCOMING.\u201d <\/p>\n
\nThe images showed the couple standing together with their foreheads touching and their bodies close, with Spencer placing a hand on Vogue\u2019s stomach. Further images in the post featured their three children smiling on a beach, while Spencer was pictured holding Vogue\u2019s bump.<\/p>\n
\nThe announcement follows recent speculation about the couple\u2019s relationship, which Vogue addressed in a separate statement. <\/p>\n
\nShe said on Instagram: \u201cIt\u2019s with great sadness that I have to let you know that Spen and I are NOT breaking up! I usually avoid addressing baseless and cruel rumours, but this just keeps coming up. It\u2019s disappointing to see this narrative being pushed almost daily when it\u2019s absolutely not true, and much more importantly, I don\u2019t want my children hearing these lies in the playground. \u201cWe\u2019re not sure what the angle is or where it\u2019s coming from, but the whole thing feels very strange and mean. We\u2019re very happily married and in love and I hope posting the truth on my own platform might make it stop.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nVogue also spoke to The Sun about the speculation, explaining questions had arisen after Spencer stepped back from their podcast, prompting her to respond publicly to gossip about their relationship.<\/p>\n
