James Lafferty<\/strong><\/a> is a dad!<\/p>\n On Friday (April 17), the 40-year-old actor, best known for playing Nathan Scott on One Tree Hill<\/em>, announced that he and wife Alexandra Park<\/strong><\/a> very quietly welcomed their first child together late last year.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span>The couple revealed on Instagram<\/a> that they named their baby River Jay<\/strong>.<\/p>\n \u201cLove has new meaning,\u201d James<\/strong> and the 36-year-old Australian actress wrote in a joint post along with a black and white photo of them holding their newborn\u2019s hand.<\/p>\n They added, \u201c12\/4\/2025,\u201d which is seemingly baby River<\/strong>\u2018s birth date.<\/p>\n If you didn\u2019t know, James<\/strong> and Alexandra<\/strong> met back in 2015 when he directed an episode of her show The Royals<\/em> before going on to direct four more episodes of the E! series. The couple announced their engagement back in September 2020 and got married in May 2022. <\/p>\n James <\/strong>and Alexandra<\/strong> now star alongside his former One Tree Hill<\/em> co-star Stephen Colletti<\/strong> and Cariba Heine<\/strong> in the comedy series Everyone is Doing Great<\/em>.
