\t\t<\/p>\n Katie Maloney<\/strong><\/a> is sharing a closer look at her stylish Los Angeles home.<\/p>\n The 40-year-old Vanderpump Rules<\/strong><\/a><\/em> alum says she is paying about $5,200 a month for her LA apartment.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve lived in L.A. for almost 20 years. I moved here when I was 20,\u201d she told Caleb Simpson<\/strong>, an influencer known for asking strangers about their rent costs and getting tours of their homes.<\/p>\n Caleb<\/strong> requested a tour of her apartment<\/a>, which is \u201cgood sized,\u201d and Katie<\/strong> brought him in to check out the place. She also introduced her boyfriend Nick Martin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cHe also lives here too,\u201d she said, sharing that he\u2019s a musician with the band Sleeping with Sirens and they met through a mutual friend.<\/p>\n Their tour showcased her cute collection of different items, as Katie<\/strong> says she likes collecting \u201ctchotchkes, Barbies,\u201d plus an etch-a-sketch, among other things, including showing off her MTV Movie Award that she won with the Vanderpump Rules<\/em> cast for \u201cBest Reality On-Screen Team.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI have some wands too, I can show you. I got them in Salem. I have a bunch of tarot decks here. I\u2019m, like, a big occult fan,\u201d she shared.<\/p>\n Katie<\/strong> also mentioned her time on Vanderpump Rules<\/em>, noting that she would \u201cdo it all again\u201d because it got her to where she is now.<\/p>\n \u201cI had to go through that to get to this point. It wasn\u2019t easy. Some days I truly hated it, but I got to do it for a long time with my friends, who I loved at the time,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n Last fall, she and Stassi Schroeder<\/strong> were spotted filming something together<\/a>, likely for the Hulu reality show Stassi Says that is in development.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
