Michael J Fox would happily return for another season<\/p>\n
\nThe 64-year-old actor appeared in the third season of the Apple comedy-drama show, and Michael has revealed that he would love to return for season four.<\/p>\n
\nAsked if he’ll find time for the show, Michael – who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 1991 – told People: “Oh, absolutely. Absolutely.<\/p>\n
\n“I love Bill [Lawrence, the show’s co-creator] and I’m so happy it’s a success. And it’s such a great time being with those actors.<\/p>\n
\n“It’s so important to me to have that to go to. And I would absolutely do that in a heartbeat.”<\/p>\n
\nIn the show, Harrison Ford’s on-screen character is battling Parkinson’s disease. And Michael admits that he’s loved working with the Hollywood legend.<\/p>\n
\nHe shared: “The reaction to Shrinking, we really seem to have a lot of investment in it, investment in learning about the disease and [what a] powerful actor Harrison is, the focus of it. The chance to work with him. And like I always say, Harrison … I don’t have to make Harrison believe I have Parkinson’s. He has to make me believe he has Parkinson’s.<\/p>\n
\n“And he does. He’s brilliant. And the way he sees the world in the same way that I see the world. It’s very difficult when you present a different world than you feel. I don’t know I’m shaking. I don’t know I’m falling. I don’t know I’m stumbling. You know it, but I don’t know it. It’s just normal stuff to me.”<\/p>\n
\nMeanwhile, Michael previously insisted that he has no regrets about ending his acting retirement to star in Shrinking.<\/p>\n
\nHe told Variety: “It was the first time ever I get to show up on-set, and I didn\u2019t have to worry about am I too tired or coughing or anything. I just do it.<\/p>\n
\n“It was really good, because for the moments when I say, \u2018I\u2019m not going to be able to do this,\u2019 then I say, \u2018Well, I\u2019ll just deal with how I can\u2019t do it in the scene.\u2019 And you get through it.”<\/p>\n
