The show aired its first four seasons on NBC before moving to the streaming service for its fifth season, which wrapped up in June of 2025.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Christopher<\/strong>, who played Det. Elliot Stabler on <em>Organized Crime<\/em>, then took to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/chris_meloni\/\" onclick=\"getOutboundLink(&#039;https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/chris_meloni\/&#039;); return false;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Instagram<\/a> to react to the news.<\/p>\n<p><strong class=\"hidearticle\"><em>Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><span id=\"more-2197212\"><\/span>\u201cI just saw that they announced \u2018Organized Crime\u2019 won\u2019t be coming back,\u201d Christopher, 65, shared in a video. \u201cI wanted to take this moment to say thank you to the fans who not only helped give the character of Elliot Stabler life and longevity, but for sticking with him and welcoming him back.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was a good ride,\u201d he continued. \u201cI had a great time playing him. It was a great ride. Thank you.
