\t\t<\/p>\n David Charvet<\/strong><\/a> is not going to be charged after he was accused of killing a dog in an alleged hit and run accident.<\/p>\n The former Baywatch<\/em> actor accidentally hit a dog while driving through his neighborhood on Thursday morning (April 16) in Lost Hills, Calif.<\/p>\n The incident took place before 6am and David<\/strong>\u2018s neighbor accused him of hitting one of her three dogs, then taking off. She did acknowledge that he likely called the police after leaving the scene.
